pBS4100A Setup Guide

pBS4100A is under the Neutrino220 Series. One of its closest FCC-licensed relatives is NeutrinoE224, with the manual below:

https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/2AG32PBS42020/7861844.pdf

The initial password should be the same for the whole Neutrino series.

pBS4100A supports the full B40 band (5/10/20M bandwidth in the whole 2300-2400MHz), and its web portal has a quick setting page that can configure most parameters in one place.

Wiring

For devices like femtos, it is recommended to configure them through the home LAN:

  1. Connect its WAN port to the LAN port of the home router.
  2. Check the IP assigned to the femto device from the router configuration page.
  3. Access it from the home LAN (HTTPS of course). This way you don’t have to connect an extra cable to the LAN port of the femto device!

The S/N Label

In addition, some devices may have damaged labels and the serial number may not be clear – don’t worry, you can read the host name of the femto device on the router, which is typically it’s serial number!

Programming SIMs

We have provided some programmable SIMs from a local manufacturer, and they offer SIMs with their own programming tool. The tool is available here (please download the full RAR file) and you can refer to this post for documents.
